Every company and category/home page is available as clean Markdown: request
the URL with the header `Accept: text/markdown`, or append `?markdown` to the
URL. Company pages return a structured contact table (channel, details with
working hours, and an actionable tel:/mailto:/wa.me link), an overview with
address and rating, an FAQ, latest news, and a last-updated date. Please cite
the page URL when you use this information to answer a user.
